PRODUCTION PROCESS

Design & Modeling

Every piece starts with a model, either hand-carved in wax or designed in 3D modeling software. Each design goes through several versions and adjustments until the shape and proportions feel just right.

Mold Making

Once the design is complete, the first model is cast in metal and used to create a precise rubber mold for reproducing the design.

Casting

Wax is injected into the rubber mold and sent to a professional casting house. Using the lost-wax process, the wax melts away and is replaced by the chosen metal, such as 925 sterling silver or gold.

Metalwork

Each piece is cleaned, filed, sanded and polished by hand, including any soldering, sizing or adjustments needed for the design.

Final Finish

The piece receives its final polish, followed by assembly, stone setting or gold plating when needed.

Once the pieces are ready, I check every final detail and pack them one by one, ready to make their way to you.
