When will I get my order?
Each piece is handmade, so please allow up to 21 business days for production.
Shipping time will be added to the production time, according to your selected shipping method.
If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll check what’s possible.
What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver, or 925 sterling silver plated with 18K gold at a thickness of 3 microns, known as gold vermeil.
Can I return or exchange?

How do I find my ring size?
Ring sizes are European. For the most accurate fit, we recommend having your size measured at a jewelry store. See our size guide for the size chart and measurement guidance, or contact us if you are between sizes.
